Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how LoPro CRM LLC ("LoPro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the LoPro software and related services, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are & What This Policy Covers

LoPro is field-service management and invoicing software for pool-service professionals and similar local service businesses, provided by LoPro CRM LLC, a Florida limited liability company located in Davenport, Florida. This Policy covers the information we handle when you create an account and use LoPro (the "Service"), including our website, web app, and related communications. It does not cover the independent practices of third parties, such as Stripe, that have their own privacy policies.

2. The Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, and contact details, along with the login credentials you use to access the Service.

Business and customer data you enter. To run your business in LoPro, you enter information about your operations and your own customers — such as customer names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, service history, job notes, photos, chemistry readings, and scheduling details. You decide what to enter, and you control this information.

Payment and transaction information. Subscription and customer payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. We receive limited transaction-related details from Stripe — such as amounts, dates, status, the last four digits of a card, and payout and fee records — so we can operate billing, the loyalty credit, and your records.

Usage, device, and location data. We collect technical information such as log data, IP address, device and browser type, and activity within the Service. Some features (such as routing, mapping, and weather) use location or address information you provide or that your device supplies, to show jobs and conditions relevant to your work.

Communications. When you contact us for support, we keep your messages and our responses.

3. How We Use Information

4. Controller and Processor Roles

For information about your own customers that you enter into the Service, you are the controller and LoPro acts as a processor that handles that information on your behalf solely to provide and support the Service. For your own account information, LoPro is the controller. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and any required consents to provide your customers' information to the Service and to authorize the communications it sends.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

6. Payment Data

Full payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy practices. LoPro does not store complete card numbers. To accept payments from your customers, you create and control a Stripe connected account, and your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's agreements and privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes. Certain records — particularly financial and transaction records such as invoices, payments, and fees — may be retained after account closure to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations, even where other data is deleted. When we no longer need information, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request about your own account information, contact us at Support@GetLoPro.com. If you are an end customer of one of our users (for example, a pool-service company's customer), the business that serves you controls your information — please direct your request to that business, and we will support them in honoring valid requests. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the security of the devices you use to access the Service.

10. Cookies & Local Storage

The Service uses cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and to operate core features. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function without them. We do not use the Service to serve third-party advertising.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. International Users

We operate in the United States, and the Service is hosted and processed there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and version above. For material changes, we will provide notice where reasonable, and within the Service we may ask you to review and acknowledge the updated Policy before continuing to use it.
